Overview
DV Chain is scaling up! We’re looking for a Proprietary Crypto Trader to develop and implement alpha-generating trading strategies within the Cryptocurrency markets. You will be joining a tight-knit, collaborative, and entrepreneurial team that is building solutions across the Crypto ecosystem.
Job Responsibilities
- Work with our research team and other traders on our crypto trading desk to identify new opportunities that will complement and enhance our current suite of strategies.
- Demonstrate exceptional proficiency in managing risk while contributing to all other aspects of trading activities such as position management, reconciliation, research, and post trade analysis.
- Develop and share a deep understanding of market-structure, fundamental trends, and regulatory considerations in the crypto markets.
Requirements
- Market making experience trading Equities, Cryptocurrencies, or FX.
- Proven track record of alpha generating strategies, idea generation, and managing portfolio risk.
- Experience managing retail order flow and signal generation.
- Ability to articulate and troubleshoot trades, strategies, and systems.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
- Must have a sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Mid-high frequent trading experience a plus.
- Python or similar coding experience a plus.
