The Client Partner is responsible for positioning Litmus7 as the go to partner for all technology solutions and needs for the clients they partner with. By position Litmus7 as the #1 value partner for the client achieve revenue, margins and operational efficiency targets defined. This role requires a combination of strong business acumen, in-depth knowledge of retail technology solutions, and proven experience in client relationship management. The Client Partner will lead contract management, resource allocation, and foster long-term client partnerships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail clients.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on retail technology trends and best practices, tailoring solutions to meet client needs.
- Conduct regular business reviews to ensure alignment with client goals and drive strategic growth.
- Own the revenue and margin goals and ensuring consistent year-over-year growth.
- Identify the needs and opportunities for the clients and provide solutions that shall position company as the go to partner
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals that balance profitability with client satisfaction.
- Contract and Resource Management
- Oversee all client contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and identifying areas for renegotiation to optimize profitability.
- Manage resource allocation, balancing project demands with available skills and capacity to maximize efficiency.
- Collaborate with HR and project management teams to align staffing with client needs, including forecasting future resource requirements.
- Strategic Planning and Execution
- Work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement account strategies for the retail technology sector.
- Leverage insights from the retail market to anticipate client needs, proactively proposing solutions and improvements.
- Participate in budgeting and planning exercises, setting realistic yet ambitious targets for account growth and margin optimization.
- Reporting and Metrics
- Track, analyze, and report on key account metrics, including revenue, margin, and client satisfaction.
- Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and strategic adjustments to achieve business objectives.
- Present regular updates and reports to executive leadership on account performance and growth potential.
Qualifications
- 8 years of experience in client management, with a focus on technology solutions for the retail industry.
- Demonstrated success in managing large accounts, achieving revenue growth, and maintaining healthy margins.
- Strong understanding of retail technologies, including POS systems, e-commerce, and supply chain technology.
- Excellent negotiation skills with experience in contract management and resource planning.
- Ability to analyze data to drive strategic account decisions and enhance client satisfaction.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
