What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Coordinator position at DVL Group Inc?
The Sales Coordinator works along with the DVL Sales team, customers, vendors, and contractors to create a smooth sales transaction. The Sales Coordinator works with Sales Managers upon project handoff to book and execute the sales project and budget. This is a fast-paced and demanding environment which requires excellent time management multi-tasking and organization skills. We are a hybrid workplace collaborating in our Centennial office 3 out of 5 days weekly.

WHAT YOU WOULD BE DOING
- After receiving the sale from the Sales Manager, responsible for creating the project budget and then ensuring the invoicing does not exceed the project budget
- Use prior accounting knowledge to review and process orders with manufacturers
- Provide coordination and support to assigned Sales Managers
- Successfully multitask and utilize multiple company and manufacturer software tools simultaneously (Oracle Sales Cloud, Partner Web, Power BI, HubSpot CRM and Acumatica)
- Maintain awareness of manufacturers policy and procedures as well as establish and utilize basic technical knowledge of DVLs product and service offerings
- Create accurate purchase orders and subcontract for assigned projects
- Closely monitor and maintain the software system (Acumatica) project revenue and cost budgets timely and accurately
- Coordinate with the manufacturer for shipments according to the customers delivery schedule
- Track shipments and notify all parties of shipping details
- Follow up on orders until the shipment is completed
- Invoice customers upon shipment in accordance with the projects progress
- Accurately and timely approve vendor invoices verifying the invoice is within the project budget and matches the previously issued purchase order or subcontract
- Attentive to detail and knowledge of individual customer billing requirements and submission methods
- Utilize electronic filing system to consolidate project related documentation
- Review order documents for completeness and accuracy
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY
- High School Diploma required; College business credits/degree preferred
- Multiple years of recent and relevant full-time-related professional office experience with the ability to be in the Centennial office 24 (out of 40) hours per week for collaboration
- Experience working with job costing or budget concepts, invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable and procurement as it relates to sales projects
- Relevant Sales Coordination experience supporting Sales Managers
- Recent and relevant sales support customer service experience
- Ability to understand manufacturers product offerings. Prior exposure to relevant thermal/power products preferred.
- Proven professional communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite specifically Outlook and Excel

The pay range is $56,000 - $63,000 plus bonus based on relevant experience.
