DVM & CO LLP, a growing Chartered Accountancy firm based in India, is expanding into the United States. We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious US CPA to join us as a Partner, spearheading our US operations.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to independently manage an accounting practice in the US while leveraging the support, backend infrastructure, and team of an established Indian firm.

Key Responsibilities:
• Take full charge of establishing and managing DVM & CO LLP’s US office.
• Oversee daily operations, client communication, service delivery, and compliance.
• Build and lead a local team as operations grow.
• Act as the key point of contact for US-based clients, ensuring quality and timely service.
• Coordinate with Indian teams for offshore accounting, bookkeeping, and compliance services.
• Contribute to business development and client acquisition in the US.
