Job Description
The Inside Sales Representative plays a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable working in a team selling environment with primary tasks being pipeline build, lead development, and running full sales cycle activities. Daily task includes making dozens of calls, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, as well as running sales motions when appropriate. This role will work 25-30 hours per week but may be required to work more due to the needs of the business. The role will become full time as the business grows.
What you will do:
- Operate in a team selling environment
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Generate quotes, with pricing and delivery
- Route qualified opportunities to the Inside Sales Rep Lead while under training for further development and closure
- For select opportunities, manage the entire sales cycle
- Achieve quarterly quotas for both qualified leads passed
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Maintain and expand a database of prospects
- Team with other sales to build pipeline and close deals
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Daily contact with customers through emails and phone calls
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1-3 years of experience with inside sales and/or lead development experience with a proven track record of success and work experience in a customer support role
- Ability to assess customer needs and relationships with qualitative and quantitative approaches
- Strong phone presence
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong collaboration and teaming skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with Greek Organizations a plus
