Your Role :
- Analyze, troubleshoot and diagnose hardware problems in a timely and professional manner.
- Actively update, maintain and monitor all aspects of computer networks.
- Install and configure computer systems, networking equipment and applications.
- Respond to customer inquiries and assist Technical Support Specialist I in troubleshooting and resolving problems.
- Provide input during the development of new projects, products, and bids.
- Assist management in creating training materials pertaining to computer troubleshooting and usage.
- Work closely with Technical Support Specialists II and service and support teams.
- Develop training for peers
- Maintain documentation of processes and procedures.
- Understanding that due to the nature of our business working hours can include nights, weekends and holidays as necessary.
