Assistant Director
Our client is seeking an experienced Assistant Director to oversee various aspects of our child care programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the school's operational strategy, performing administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our client's center, and demonstrating a high degree of professionalism while collaborating with associates and staff members. A background in early childhood education and experience with state licensing agencies is required.
Key Responsibilities :
- Ensures state and licensing compliance in all areas, as well as center's standard operating procedures
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the daycare center.
- Supervise staff and provide mentorship and support to new childcare workers.
- Assist with planning and participating in staff activities and community events
- Manage enrollment inquiries and conduct center tours with families
- Manage facility needs, including occasional classroom support, driving the van, and attending field trips.
- Assist with managing customer and vendor relationships
Starting Pay Rate : $16.00 per hour, commensurates with experience and education
