Job Responsibilities Include:
- Managing the center in alignment with financial and budgetary goals.
- Hiring, training, and supervising a team of 12-15 staff members.
- Establishing and maintaining work schedules to ensure smooth operations.
- Implementing and maintaining Quality Rated classroom and teacher standards.
- Overseeing state-funded programs, including CACFP and GA Pre-K.
- Supporting curriculum development and teacher planning.
- Ensuring compliance with state licensing standards and maintaining a safe, nurturing environment.
- Engaging in community outreach and executing marketing strategies to sustain enrollment.
- Managing facility needs, including occasional classroom support, driving the van, and attending field trips.
What You Bring to the Role:
- Minimum of 1 year in preschool management.
- TCC or CDA certification (required).
- Strong leadership, organization, and customer service skills.
- A team-building mindset and an energetic, flexible approach to challenges.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and a willingness to learn new systems.
- Ability to resolve conflicts and juggle multiple priorities with attention to detail.
- Commitment to fostering a safe and compliant facility, with knowledge of Bright From the Start regulations.
Schedule & Compensation:
- Hours: 6:30 am - 3:30 pm or 8:00 am - 5:30 pm (flexibility required).
- Starting pay: $15/hr, with potential to become salaried after a 90-day probationary period.
