Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Enrollment Growth & Family Engagement: Develop strategies to attract new families, ensure high retention, and build lasting relationships with parents.
- Staff Development: Mentor and empower teachers to create a positive and stable learning environment.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, manage budgets, ensure compliance, and maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
- Curriculum & Program Oversight: Implement engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences that set children up for success.
- Community Outreach: Strengthen the center's presence in the community through networking and marketing efforts.
What We're Looking For:
- Education & Experience: A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is required. At least two years of management experience in a licensed childcare facility is required.
- Leadership & People Skills: Strong ability to motivate staff, foster teamwork, and create a positive workplace culture.
- Enrollment & Marketing Knowledge: Experience with family engagement, retention strategies, and community outreach is a plus.
- Certifications: CPR & First Aid required; Admin 3 credentials preferred.
- Commitment to Excellence: Passionate about maintaining high care, safety, and education standards.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally drive the center's activity bus.
