What You'll Be Doing:
- Create a positive, stimulating, inclusive learning environment that encourages exploration and discovery.
- Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities and lesson plans to promote learning.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care.
- Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through hands-on activities and play.
- Maintain open and transparent communication with parents about their child's development and daily experiences.
- Collaborate with teammates to foster a cohesive and supportive workplace.
- Use effective classroom management strategies to maintain a productive learning space.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the classroom and daycare facility.
Who You Are:
- Experienced: Background in childcare, babysitting, nannying, or related fields is a plus.
- Knowledgeable: Familiarity with childhood development principles and best practices.
- Communicative: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Compassionate: A patient, empathetic individual with a genuine love for working with children.
- Certified (or willing to be): CPR and First Aid certification.
- Qualified: A high school diploma is required; an associate's or bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field is preferred.
Transferable Skills Are Welcome!
If you've worked in childcare, customer service, healthcare, hospitality, or similar industries, your skills are highly valued in this role.
