Job Summary and Responsibilities:
Teachers:
- Implement lesson plans and engaging activities.
- Support students in their educational and social development.
- Maintain a positive and nurturing classroom environment.
- Assist in the development of an age-appropriate curriculum.
- Help with classroom preparation, cleanup, and common areas.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and staff.
- Promote literacy and evidence of learning throughout the classroom.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Lead Teacher: CDA or an ECE Degree (AA, BA, MA) required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an accredited Early Childhood Program.
- Mastery of classroom management, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of child development, learning, and behavior management.
- Ability to engage and inspire young learners.
