Heather's Day Care (HDC) is a family-run child care center in Ohio, proudly providing high-quality child care services since 2008. Our Montessori-inspired, play-based programs encourage creativity and self-expression in children. As a Lead Teacher at HDC, you will play a vital role in nurturing young minds and fostering a supportive learning environment.
Responsibilities:
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging space for children.
- Support children's emotional and social development.
- Adapt to different classrooms as needed, ensuring consistent care and education.
- Build strong relationships with parents and guardians to promote a sense of community.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous experience in child care, behavior management, curriculum development, and classroom management.
- Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices.
- Ability to provide tutoring and early intervention when necessary.
- Experience in a daycare or educational setting is preferred.
Pay: Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
Hours: 7:30 AM -4:30 PM
