Regional Director - Early Learning Centers

Annual Salary Range: Starting at $80,000 per year (commensurate with education & experience)
Position Summary
Our client is seeking an experienced and passionate Regional Director to lead operations, curriculum implementation, compliance oversight, and professional development across multiple early childhood education centers serving children from 6 weeks to 4 years of age.
This role requires a proven leader who can drive operational excellence, ensure regulatory compliance, and support center directors in achieving performance benchmarks. The Regional Director will play a key role in strengthening educational quality, family engagement, and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Compliance
- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple locations to ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance
- Conduct regular audits and site visits, manage licensing requirements, and maintain alignment with state regulations
- Serve as the liaison with licensing agencies and coordinate inspections, renewals, and documentation
Curriculum & Instruction
- Support the implementation and fidelity of the Frog Street curriculum and other age-appropriate instructional tools
- Collaborate with Directors to uphold instructional excellence and promote best practices in early learning
- Monitor and support child development outcomes across all classrooms
Leadership & Staff Development
- Recruit, onboard, and mentor Directors and leadership staff
- Implement performance evaluations, coaching plans, and professional development opportunities
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and growth
Enrollment & Family Engagement
- Monitor enrollment trends and support outreach and marketing strategies
- Assist with center tours and family engagement efforts to enhance retention and reputation
- Handle escalated parent concerns and ensure high-quality customer service across all centers
Financial & Strategic Oversight
- Support budgeting, payroll oversight, and financial performance across centers
- Analyze enrollment, staffing, and operational data to identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with leadership to achieve short- and long-term goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in multi-site childcare or early learning leadership
- In-depth knowledge of Georgia childcare licensing regulations, Quality Rated, and CAPS programs
- Strong background in budgeting, center operations, and staff management
- Proficient in childcare management software (ProCare, Brightwheel, ChildPilot preferred)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities
- Ability to travel to up to 4 local centers
- Flexible schedule, with 4 days onsite and 1 day offsite
