What We’re Looking For:
✔ 2-3 years of interior and exterior residential painting experience
✔ Willingness to learn and grow in the trade
✔ Ability to follow directions and work efficiently
✔ Strong attention to detail and a solid work ethic
✔ Comfortable working in varying temperatures
✔ Clean driving record and a valid driver’s license
✔ Have painter tools
✔ Must have a truck or van with insurance on the vehicle
