D.W. Jones Management is looking for a part-time Cleaner/Janitor. The primary purpose of the Cleaner is to assist D.W. Jones Management, Inc. in assuring a clean and pleasant building while carrying out the philosophies and goals of D.W. Jones Management, Inc. The hours for this position with vary depending on needs and time of year.

-Job Duties
- Cleaning of Building & Property
- Cleaning of vacant units to prepare for new occupancy.
- Communicates with Property Manager regarding any Property Issues/Concerns
Resident Relations
- Maintain a safe and friendly environment for our residents.
- Notifies Onsite Manager of any resident or safety issues.
