Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of 70-100 residential units, along with managing multiple short-term rental properties (Airbnb). This role requires a dynamic individual who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and possesses excellent communication skills. As the Property Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations across all properties, maintaining high standards of tenant satisfaction, and driving profitability for the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations for 70-100 residential rental units and multiple Airbnb properties.
- Conduct regular property inspections and ensure properties are well-maintained, clean, and up to code.
- Coordinate and manage maintenance requests, ensuring timely resolution.
- Handle tenant communications, including responding to inquiries, complaints, and resolving issues.
- Screen potential tenants, conduct background checks, and manage leasing agreements.
- Manage Airbnb listings: update property details, coordinate bookings, and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Ensure all properties comply with local regulations and property laws.
- Handle rent collection and follow up on any overdue payments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date property records, reports, and financial documents.
- Coordinate and manage property marketing and advertising efforts.
Location: Stadium Place Apartments
Hourly Pay: $20 - $22 per hour

Qualifications and skills:
- Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.

- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends when necessary.
- Prior experience in property management (residential and/or short-term rentals) Preferred but not required.
