Position Summary :
As a Service Advisor at Dwayne Lane Everett CDJR, you will be the first point of contact for customers bringing in their vehicles for maintenance or repairs. You’ll be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, guiding clients through the service process, and ensuring their experience is seamless. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the automotive industry and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner.
- Listen to customer concerns and relay them to the service team accurately.
- Provide clear communication about the services needed, explaining repairs, costs, and timelines.
- Create and manage service appointments.
- Present service recommendations and up-sell additional services when applicable.
- Maintain a strong understanding of vehicle systems, repairs, and industry trends.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and following up on completed services.
- Maintain accurate customer records and service histories.
- Work collaboratively with the service team, including technicians, managers, and parts staff, to deliver top-quality service.
- Handle payment processing and invoicing for services rendered.
