Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a degree or certificate in interior design with full capabilities in 3D rendering, photoshop and architectural drafting.
They will have a passion for transforming spaces and a strong ability to communicate design concepts effectively.
This role involves collaborating with clients to understand their vision, creating innovative designs, creating presentations, sourcing material and overseeing the implementation of projects from concept to completion.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to determine their needs and preferences for interior spaces.
- Develop and present design concepts through sketches, CAD drawings, and 3D models.
- Utilize software tools such as Sketch Up, AutoCAD, Chief Architect or Revit and Adobe to create detailed design plans.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively throughout the design process.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors during the remodeling and renovation phases.
- Select appropriate materials, furnishings, lighting, and color schemes that align with client specifications.
- Conduct site visits to ensure the design is executed according to specifications and quality standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies in interior design.
Skills
- Proficiency in CAD software for drafting detailed plans and layouts.
- Strong knowledge of lighting design principles to enhance space functionality and aesthetics.
- Experience in budgeting for projects while maintaining quality standards.
- Excellent project management skills to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through effective communication.
- Familiarity with remodeling processes and best practices in interior renovations.

Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
