What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Manager (Hybrid) position at Dwellworks, LLC?
OUR POSITION IN A NUTSHELL
The Property Manager is responsible for day-to-day service delivery of a portfolio of properties. The manager will handle a full property management caseload and has complete file responsibility. This position has frequent contact with clients, homeowners, tenants and suppliers. The manager will act as the single point of accountability and agent on behalf of the homeowner. He or she will ensure programs are administered according to Dwellworks and clients’ policies/contracts. The manager will work independently and must be resourceful to propose expedient and cost-effective resolutions to homeowners regarding issues that occur throughout the course of an assignment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
40% Management of Property
- Responsible for day-to-day service delivery to the homeowner
- Responsible for property management policy and benefits counseling based on the assigned program policy and guidelines
- The manager will act as the primary contract to the client, homeowners, tenants, field agents, and maintenance suppliers in the property management program
- Responsible for pro-active communication to all parties associated with each property
25% Homeowner Counseling
- Provide overview of the Property management program and step-by-step instructions to transferees as they enter the program
- Answer day-to-day questions about the policy and process
- Regular communication with the homeowner regarding on-going repair and maintenance needs on the property
10% Property Financial Management
- Review and analyze homeowner and client operating statements for accuracy
- Ensure the homeowner understands all charges and receipts for the reporting period
- Work with accounting to supply all necessary information for payments and processing
10% Other Duties Assigned
- Assist/participate in projects/task as requested by management
- Assist in training new hires as requested/needed as a mentor for on-the-job training and employee development
- Monitor emergency coverage as necessary
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Required Experience
- Customer service and/or financial background
- A minimum two years’ direct relocation, property management, real estate experience or heavy customer service
Preferred Experience
- Relocation, property management or real estate experience
Other Required Skills and Abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, able to function as part of a team, ability to manage network/suppliers, a self-starter, and quality focused
