This position is ideal for a strategic, creative writer who excels at producing content that informs, persuades, and inspires action. You'll be responsible for developing clear, brand-aligned messaging for various projects-including website copy, blogs, sales collateral, social media, and marketing campaigns-while ensuring all content supports our business objectives and our global footprint.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Develop compelling written content for a variety of platforms, including blogs, website pages, sales materials, email campaigns, white papers, presentations, and social media.
  • Support brand storytelling by crafting narratives that reinforce Dwellworks and accompanying brands position as a leader in global mobility, corporate relocation, destination services, corporate housing, etc.
  • Create persuasive sales-driven content that communicates the value of our services and helps convert leads into customers.
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging across all channels and content formats.
  • Conduct research to stay current with industry trends, competitor strategies, and audience challenges to develop more effective content.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop global content strategies that align with business objectives and drive measurable engagement.
  • Optimize content for SEO and conversion, ensuring all copy is structured for both search engines and reader engagement by incorporating keyword research, metadata best practices, and clear, action-driven messaging. Maintain an uncompromising standard of quality by crafting well-structured, engaging, and error-free content tailored for digital platforms, including websites, blogs, landing pages, paid media, and social media. Continuously analyze performance metrics and refine content strategies to enhance visibility, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Proofread and edit content to ensure high editorial standards, clarity, and accuracy.
  • Maintain and refine a content calendar, ensuring timely and relevant publication of materials.
  • Support internal communications by developing copy for company-wide messaging.
  • Support events and co-host webinars for our global brands with promotional content, technical support, and follow-up materials to engage audiences, reinforce brand messaging, and drive lead generation. Assist in moderating discussions, preparing presentation materials, and ensuring a seamless content experience across all event touchpoints.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, serving as the point person for content-related tasks and ensuring timely execution of deliverables.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • 3-5 years of experience in content writing, marketing, or brand storytelling
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong grasp of grammar, structure, and storytelling and selling techniques
  • Proven ability to craft compelling, persuasive content for both B2B and B2C audiences
  • Strong understanding of brand messaging, sales-focused content, and audience engagement
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and ability to write content that is both reader-friendly and optimized for search engines and LLMs
  • Experience developing industry-specific content (global mobility, real estate, relocation, or corporate services experience is a plus!)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and maintain high-quality standards under pressure
  • Comfort working independently and collaborating with stakeholders across marketing, sales, and leadership teams
  • Strong knowledge of content management systems (CMS), digital marketing tools, and social media platforms
  • Experience with HubSpot, LLMs, Sitefinity, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Google Analytics, Campaign Manager, Zoom, or marketing automation tools is a plus
