Dwight Capital is a leader in commercial real estate finance and is one of the largest FHA/HUD lenders in on multifamily and healthcare properties in the United States. Our range of services include commercial lending across a variety of platforms such as CLO, USDA, Bridge, Mezzanine, and Preferred-Equity for both stabilized and new-construction properties.

Must have the ability to manage time wisely, follow up, and communicate status of projects. Our ideal candidate will take direction from the Executive Management team well, offer creative and prompt solutions to issues, and provide meticulous attention to detail.
Role & Responsibilities
Client Financial Submission Management
- Promptly handle and submit all financials received from clients, ensuring timely delivery, regardless of whether a junior originator is involved in the deal.
Task Management and Prioritization
- Take immediate action on all client requests and tasks received after calls or via email, unless specifically directed to defer to the lead point of contact.
Tracking and Oversight of Deal Sizings
- Maintain and track all deal sizings, ensuring that no opportunities or follow-ups are missed. Be proactive in managing sizings from a client perspective to ensure timely and accurate follow-up.
Deal Processing Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for all deals in processing, ensuring smooth workflow and communication, even when junior team members are involved.
Sizing Reviews and Rent Comp Analysis
- Review and direct the distribution of all deal sizings. Collaborate with senior staff on any ambiguous points and provide clear instructions to junior team members.
- For DMT deals, conduct thorough rent comp analysis and ensure all details are fully reviewed and discussed before the deal is finalized.
Required Experience & Skill Sets
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in financial deal processing or a related field is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• 1-3 years of experience is ideal.
