Dwight-Englewood School is currently searching for Substitute Teachers for grades 6-12. D-E's Lower School is a place where teachers encourage children to embrace every aspect of childhood while paying close attention to each students’ academic growth and progress.
The ability to listen, work with a diverse community and a range of learners, as well as humor and humility, are essential.
Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- Support and model the spirit of the Mission and Foundation Documents of the Dwight-Englewood School in work with students, faculty, parents and community members
- Demonstrate knowledge of, experience with, the developmental, social, emotional and cognitive issues of the middle and upper school grades
- A minimum of sixty (60) college credits completed
- Understanding curriculum expectations and benchmarks, for middle/upper school students
- Experience with, and a commitment to, diversity and equity work
- Previous experience working in a middle or upper school setting preferred
