Dwight Funding is looking for a talented and motivated Relationship Manager, Associate Director to join our Portfolio team.
The role will be responsible for ensuring high client satisfaction while maintaining sound credit structures and reducing credit risks through effective portfolio management. Responsibilities
- Navigate executive-level conversations with clients, demonstrating a command of their business objectives, challenges, and operational health
- Manage day-to-day funding requests
- Monitor and analyze portfolio performance, identifying trends and recommending appropriate actions
- Ensure the timely completion of renewals, annual reviews, and interim analyses
- Evaluate/Execute requests for amendments
- Support clients’ smooth transition from Underwriting to Portfolio Management
- Develop operational processes to improve efficiency and scale policies and procedures as the portfolio continues to grow
About You
- 4-8 years of experience in the commercial banking or financial services industry
- Comprehensive credit knowledge, ABL structuring skills and portfolio management expertise
- Experience in analyzing collateral reporting, borrowing bases and other common asset-based lending materials
- High proficiency in financial statement analysis and Excel-based modeling
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain relationships
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Commercial Banking or equivalent
This role has an annual salary range of $150,000 – $200,000. Actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including relevant experience, potential impact, etc.)
