Job Title: Lead Mobile Application Developer
Reports To: Chief Executive Officer
Job Summary: Dwillsprimetime® Corporation is seeking a highly experienced Lead Mobile Application Developer to spearhead the development and delivery of our Dwillsprimetime® mobile application. As a technical leader, you will be responsible for guiding the mobile development team, setting technical direction, ensuring code quality, and driving innovation. You will collaborate closely with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional mobile experiences for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the mobile development team (iOS and Android).
- Define and enforce mobile development best practices, coding standards, and architectural patterns.
- Lead the design and architecture of the Dwillsprimetime® mobile application, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Oversee the entire mobile application development lifecycle, from concept to deployment and maintenance.
- Mentor and coach mobile developers, fostering their technical growth.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality code.
- Drive the adoption of Artificial intelligence in our mobile app technologies and frameworks that align with the company's strategic goals.
- Lead the troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues related to mobile applications.
- Ensure the security and data privacy of our mobile applications, implementing best practices for mobile security.
- Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the mobile development process.
- Stay up to date on the latest mobile development trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.

- Experience with financial services applications
- Expert with Designing and Scaling Mobile Apps.
- Experience with cross-platform mobile development frameworks
- Experience with cloud platforms
