Position Summary
This position is responsible for all data entry, documentation, inventory adjustments and record keeping of the 1501 inventory.
- Use computerized inventory system (SAP) to record all inventory transactions including:
- Use computerized inventory system (SAP) to complete QMs and reach the root cause.
- Respond to emails and phone requests pertaining to inventory issues.
- Monitor and assist the cycle counting process.
- Process RGAs
- Maintain accurate and complete files of all inventory adjustments.
- Participate in the process of taking physical inventories as needed.
- Demonstrates behavior that meets Good Manufacturing Practices, Safety and Good Housekeeping requirements.
- Observes all safety rules and regulations and performs job in a safe manner.
- Recognize his/her contribution to the effectiveness of the OPS including the benefits of improved performance.
- Comprehend the impact or effect of not conforming with OPS.
- Observe all safety precautions, rules and regulations and maintains work area in a clean and safe manner.
- Works within the guidelines of ISO and EHS.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- SAP experience with inventory control.
- Prior on the job experience working in a warehouse environment preferred.
- Excellent Computer skills essential to the job.
WORK ENVIRONMENT / CONDITIONS / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Work will take place in an office and warehouse environment. Employee may be required to work weekends, holidays and be on-call on occasion. The employee may encounter controlled air conditions with frequent air changes, environmental exposure.
