DWoman Trucking & Recruiting Services is seeking a skilled Class A CDL driver to join our team in Savannah, GA. As a Class A driver with DWoman Trucking, you will be responsible for hauling 100% touch freight, using rollers to unload box-by-box.
Schedule and Pay
You will enjoy consistent weekly home time, early morning deliveries, and excellent pay. The position offers a $1000 sign-on bonus, paid out in two installments upon meeting certain requirements. Your coverage area will primarily include FL, GA, SC, and parts of AL. Deliveries occur early in the morning, requiring drivers to arrive the night before or early morning to meet delivery schedules.
Unloading Freight and Training
Physically unloading freight at stores can be challenging but financially rewarding. Initial training will take place in Savannah, GA upon hire. You will also have opportunities for resets during deliveries, allowing for some flexibility in your schedule.
Shift Details and Pay Structure
Early morning delivery schedules are required, including nights, weekends, and holidays. While home weekly is not guaranteed every weekend or daily, you can expect to spend a significant amount of time at home. Your weekly pay will be approximately $1300 to $1500 for those running three loads and 1500 to 2000 miles per week.
Driver Qualifications and Benefits
To qualify for this position, you must have a minimum of 3 months of recent OTR or Regional driving experience in the last three years. Additionally, you must have a clean driving record and not have any SAP restrictions.
