Summary:
The Accounts Payable Clerk, located at our Global Headquarters in Michigan City, IN reports to our Accounts Payable Supervisor and is responsible for maintaining accounts payable records including the following:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Process vendor invoices, ensuring timely posting and accuracy.
· Follow up with internal departments to obtain approvals where required.
· Research and resolve discrepancies, contacting vendors as necessary.
· Monitor unvouchered receipts.
· Review vendor statements.
· Respond to vendor and internal inquiries timely.
Requirements and skillsets:
· High school education
· Prior experience in accounts payable
· Analytical and detail oriented
· Well organized with the ability to prioritize
· Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
