Description
The Customer service representative plays a key role in the DwyerOmega SensoScientific team. As a customer service representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers. You’ll provide support, answer questions, resolve complaints and share information about our products and services. You’ll communicate directly with customers via phone and email. If you encounter any issues that need further assistance, you’ll escalate them to the appropriate team members for a quick resolution.
Requirements
Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone or email.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right resources provided.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keeps records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
