Position Overview:
For our Analytical Industries plant in Pomona, Ca. we are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Technical Sales Support Specialist to work with our oxygen sensors product line and support our global sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate customer quotations and provide basic product selection guidance.
- Lead qualification and follow-up.
- Answer inward customer emails and phone calls using consultative sales skills to help increase sales and solve technical problems.
- A strong work ethic and track record of building loyal customer relationships.
- Working creatively to increase customer engagement and forecasting.
- Order entry and CRM maintenance
- Working with OEM’s to assist in specifying the Analytical Industries sensor product lines.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Scientific or technical qualification preferred.
- Min 2 years’ experience within commodity sales of industrial products preferred.
- Self-motivated and a team player with a customer-focused mindset.
- Problem solving, “can do” attitude, and prepared to learn.
- Ability to work independently and to make sound decisions.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Empathy and tolerance towards different interpersonal styles.
- Works well in a small team and contributes to creating great working relationships
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Powerpoint)
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics would be a key advantage.

Salary : $68,000 - $70,000
