Requirements
Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Analyze and understand existing RPG code used for product configuration and BOM logic.
- Develop AI/ML models to automate and optimize product configuration and BOM generation.
- Design and implement machine learning workflows to replicate business logic from RPG-based rules.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and usability of the AI/ML agent.
- Document processes, model performance, and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience with Python and machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.).
- Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and statistical modeling.
- Familiarity with databases, SQL, and structured data processing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work with legacy codebases.
- Experience with RPG programming or familiarity with legacy business applications.
- Knowledge of product configuration models, rule-based AI, or BOM structures.
- Background in natural language processing (NLP) or reinforcement learning (RL).
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment.
- Hands-on experience in AI/ML application to real-world business logic.
