Adherence to safety regulations and awareness is extremely important.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but is not limited to the following:
- Assist in the design, development, and testing of manufacturing processes.
- Monitor and optimize production processes for efficiency and quality.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment.
- Collaborate with engineers to implement new manufacturing technologies and methods.
- Collect and analyze data to identify areas for process improvements.
- Develop and update technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Support production teams in achieving manufacturing goals and timelines.
- Train and assist operators on new equipment and processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Strong technical background in mechanical and electrical systems.
- Proficiency in using CAD software and other engineering tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
- ERP experience with overlooking labor/machine hours, BOM’s, Routings, etc.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Associate Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering or technician role.
- Experience with automated manufacturing equipment and control systems is preferred.
- Proficient with SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
- Experience with Soldering and Welding is preferred.
