The Monitoring Division Controller will manage all aspects of the accounting department including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, month end close, budgeting/forecasting and audit. The Controller will be hands on yet able to see and analyze the business at a strategic level. The Controller will partner with the President and other operational leaders to generate metrics and data to help understand and improve the business.

Responsibilities
- Manage the month end close process including creating and entering journal entries, preparing month end management reporting and analysis
- Manage the Unearned Revenue calculation and accounting
- Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable teams, Isensix Controller
- Partner with division leadership team in business strategy and initiatives
- Manage software subscription process and accounting
- Responsible for account reconciliations, including bank recs
- Responsible for budgeting and forecasting process
- Manage sales tax collections and filing process
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Advanced Excel Skills
- 5 years of accounting experience
- Software subscription accounting experience ideal
- Revenue recognition experience ideal
- Sage 300 experience helpful
- Efficient and well-organized with the ability to prioritize
- Analytical and detail oriented
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Continuous improvement focus
- Team building and leadership skills
