Job Description: • Manage and lead a portfolio of ServiceNow projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget. • Collaborate with ServiceNow project teams to define clear project objectives and deliverables. • Monitor project progress, identify and manage issues and risks, and implement corrective actions. • Assist in resource allocation and budget monitoring. • Prepare project status reports and communicate effectively with stakeholders. • Contribute to the development and application of project management best practices. • Drive teamwork and collaboration among project team members. • Ensure that projects align with departmental and company strategies.
