Senior Manager, Global Social Media

Job Description :

Essential Job Functions :

Oversee the existing global social media team which consists of strategists and content creators

Strategy development and consistent execution to ensure goal of world class channels

Support regional social media channel teams to ensure best practices are instituted and followed

Development, deployment and support of social media tool kits specific to both leadership and team members including an employee ambassador program

Oversee content creation including copy and creative

Develop and oversee paid program, social listening, measurement and reporting

Lead large scale social campaigns

Consistently collaborate with senior leaders and global teams on key messaging and brand positioning

Consistently collaborate with senior leaders and global teams to ensure the best of DXC Technology is reflected on its social media channels

Consistently track updates to social media platforms and leverage to the advantage of the company’s social communications

Basic Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience

12 years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role

Proven experience working in an integrated Marketing and Communications function

Proven track record of employee management

Continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $114,200 - $212,000.

Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
