Location: Primarily remote within Michigan, with occasional onsite presence required at the client location in Saginaw, MI.
Overview: We seek an Application Support Specialist to provide critical support for a suite of IBM Rational applications used by the Embedded Software group. This role maintains application performance, resolves incidents and requests via ServiceNow, and performs upgrades, configuration, and user account management.
Essential Job Functions:
Strong understanding of Windows and UNIX/Linux Server Administration.
Experience in installation, configuration, and upgrade of enterprise software.
Hands-on experience managing Incident and request tickets using ITSM tools (preferably ServiceNow).
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve application issues and support end users.
Web-based change management tool for managing source code for Electric Power Steering Systems.
