About the Role
We are looking for a self-driven and results-oriented individual to join our sales team as a Retail Sales Associate, Key Holder. This role requires passion for customer service and coaching team members to achieve their goals in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring each guest feels welcomed by spending quality time and asking questions to understand their needs.
- Serving as a product knowledge expert to sell and market a range of apparel, including private labels and name brands.
- Assisting in building a superior customer-focused sales team through ongoing coaching and training.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is helpful but not required.
- Excellent customer service skills and experience resolving problems and complaints.
- The ability to lift up to 10 lbs. and move up to 50 lbs.
Compensation
This position offers an hourly rate of $11.20 - $15.20 per hour, plus a commission rate between 1.5% and 6% based on personal sales volume. Associates are also eligible for a quarterly bonus based on store sales.
