The Vendor Maintenance Clerk will be responsible for performing all functions associated with high volume account portfolio in accordance with the Accounts Payable department goals and objectives.
Responsibilities of the Vendor Maintenance Clerk include, but not limited to:
Working Conditions: Professional office environment
Training/Certification: N/A
Physical Demand: N/A
Shift Time/Overtime: Monday-Friday 8 am – 5 pm
Travel: None
Education: High school diploma and/or equivalent required

The Vendor Maintenance Clerk will be responsible for performing all functions associated with high volume account portfolio in accordance with the Accounts Payable department goals and objectives.
Responsibilities of the Vendor Maintenance Clerk include, but not limited to:
- Monitor Vendor Maintenance emails, respond to various internal and vendor inquiries
- Review Coupa New Vendor Requests for approval
- Review W-9’s for approval via TinCheck
- Verify vendor account information in P21 to confirm information accuracy
- Communicate with vendors to obtain the necessary documents needed to make account updates
- Setup vendors for ACH payments by reviewing banking details for approval and entering the information in VBM
- Review accounts that need to be undeleted to confirm information accuracy before undeleting
- Review vendor terms for requested payment terms update
- Backup to AP Inquiry when needed
- 1-5 years of experience working in Accounts Payable
- Must possess superior ability to accomplish diverse assignments, exhibit competency in time management and organization, with strong interpersonal dexterity
- Basic Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Must exhibit interest in being a team player with all its affiliated characteristics
- Detailed oriented, with the ability to follow tasks objectives through
- Ability to function appropriately in a fast-moving environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Adapt in multi-tasking and prioritizing workload
- Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Problem solving skills and detailed oriented to assist in identifying discrepancies
- Coupa and P21 experience preferred, but not required
