Responsibilities of the Warehouse Manager include, but are not limited to:

• Train personnel on proper procedures
• Lead all pick and pack team members
• Report and help resolve any quality infractions
• Picking and packing orders to customer specifications
• Record transaction data as appropriate in our proprietary warehouse/distribution management system (Enterprise)
• Verification of order accuracy of other employees
• Accurate accounting of inventory and resolution of discrepancies
• Ensure all team members arrive on time, take scheduled breaks or lunches as scheduled, and stay within the scheduled time frames
• Receiving shipments, accurately verifying transactions and stocking accuracy of other associates
• Ensure backlog stays within customer requirement
• Accurate accounting of inventory and resolution of discrepancies
• Follow appropriate safety procedures
• Lead all shipping and receiving team members
  
  

Qualifications of the Warehouse Manager include, but are not limited to:

• At least 1 years of experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment
• 1 years of management experience
• Must have strong verbal and writing skills along with strong communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Warehouse equipment certified or equipment experienced preferred, but not required
• Strong knowledge of PC Word and Excel preferred, but not required

Physical Demand: Must be able to lift 75 lbs.

Working Conditions: Warehouse environment

Training/Certifications: NA

Shift Time/Overtime: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00pm

Travel: NA

Education: High school diploma or equivalent
