Responsibilities of the Warehouse Supervisor include, but are not limited to :
- Supervise and train warehouse staff
- Oversee daily cycle counts
- Provide support to warehouse staff
- Ensure completion of days work in a day
- Coordinate and execute special projects as assigned
- Evaluate staffing levels, employee performance and provide feedback to management
- Manage inventory and order pull process for manufactured product line
- Participate in hiring, annual performance review, corrective action, and terminations alongside management
- Resolve any problems or needs of the shop and sales teams

Qualifications of the Warehouse Supervisor include, but are not limited to :
Additional Information :
Pay : $50,000 D.O.E.
Physical Demand : Ability to lift 50 lbs. and be on your feet for long periods of time
Working Conditions : Non-climate controlled warehouse
Training / Certifications : Forklift certified
Shift Time / Overtime : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm
Travel : N / A
Education : High School Diploma
