Your Role as an Agency Builder - Remote Life Insurance Sales :

Client Engagement :

Conduct virtual consultations to assess client needs and provide personalized guidance and tailored solutions to protect their families.

Effectively present and close sales of insurance products, including Indexed Universal Life (IUL), annuities, and life insurance.

Build strong client relationships and provide ongoing support.

Agency Development :

Lead & Mentor : Guide and motivate a team of agents, fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment.

Develop Talent : Deliver engaging training sessions, focusing on sales techniques, leadership skills, and client communication.

Team Building : Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment that empowers agents to succeed.

Develop and execute business plans to grow your agency and achieve your financial goals.
