As a Life Insurance Leadership Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding and mentoring a team of Financial Consultants, fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment. You'll be instrumental in their success by providing expert coaching, delivering impactful training, and driving team growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership:
    • Mentor, coach, and motivate a high-performing team of Financial Consultants.
    • Develop and implement strategies to maximize team productivity and achieve ambitious sales targets.
    • Foster a positive and supportive team culture that encourages collaboration and individual growth.
  • Training & Development:
    • Deliver engaging and effective training sessions on sales techniques, product knowledge, and industry best practices.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance training programs.
  • Team Building:
    • Organize team-building activities and events to foster camaraderie and strengthen team bonds.
    • Resolve team conflicts effectively and proactively address any performance issues.
  • Business Development:
    • Contribute to the overall growth and success of the agency by identifying and implementing strategies to improve team performance and client satisfaction.
  • Direct Client Interaction:
    • Engage with Qualified Leads: Respond to inbound inquiries from individuals actively seeking financial solutions.
    • Conduct Virtual Consultations: Connect with clients via phone and video calls to assess their needs and provide personalized financial guidance, including retirement planning strategies.
    • Present and Close Deals: Utilize our advanced technology to present tailored insurance solutions, including Indexed Universal Life (IUL) policies, annuities, and life insurance, and close deals efficiently.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven Leadership Experience: Demonstrated success in leading and motivating teams toward achieving goals.
  • Exceptional Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

  • Reside in the United States
  • US Citizen or Legal/Permanent Resident
