As a Remote Agency Building Specialist - Life Insurance with The Dyal Agency, you'll have the opportunity to :

Your Responsibilities :

  • Recruit and Onboard Agents : Identify, recruit, and onboard new life insurance agents to your growing team.
  • Train and Mentor Agents : Provide ongoing training, mentorship, and support to your team members, helping them develop their sales skills and build their own successful businesses.
  • Develop Agency Growth Strategies : Create and implement strategic plans to expand your agency's reach and market share. This includes setting goals, tracking progress, and adapting to market conditions.
  • Manage and Motivate Your Team : Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, motivating your agents to achieve their full potential.
  • Client Engagement (as needed) : While your primary focus is agency building, you may also engage with clients as needed to support your team or for your own production goals. This could include conducting virtual consultations, assessing client needs, and providing personalized life insurance solutions.
  • Lead Management (for team support) : Oversee and support your team's lead generation and management efforts.
