Your Role as a Remote Career Growth Specialist - Life Insurance :

  • Client Engagement :

    • Guide clients through virtual consultations to assess their needs and provide personalized guidance and tailored solutions to protect their families.

  • Effectively present and close sales of insurance products, including Indexed Universal Life (IUL), annuities, and life insurance.
  • Build strong client relationships and provide ongoing support.
  • Leadership & Development (For aspiring Agency Builders) :

    • Lead and motivate a team of agents, fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment.

  • Develop and deliver engaging training sessions, focusing on sales techniques, leadership skills, and client communication.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment that empowers agents to succeed.
  • Personal Growth : Continuously develop your own skills and industry knowledge.
  • Uphold Integrity : Maintain the highest ethical standards in all client interactions.
