What You’ll Be Doing (Besides Being Awesome):
Helping customers understand their service needs in a way that makes sense (no tech talk overload!)
Working one-on-one with our service techs to ensure smooth communication
Recommending maintenance & repairs without being pushy – just honest, helpful advice
Keeping customers updated & happy throughout the service process
Making sure every customer leaves thinking, “Wow, that was easier than I expected!”
Who We’re Looking For:
You’ve got experience as a Service Advisor (or in a similar customer-facing role, Working knowledge of CDK and XTime)
You’re a great communicator – friendly, clear, and easy to talk to
You know cars (or at least love learning about them!)
You’re organized, detail-oriented, and great under pressure
You love solving problems and making people’s day better
