Position: Building Maintenance Specialist

Responsibilities Include:
- Performing light electrical work and ensuring safety compliance.
- Conducting routine HVAC maintenance and minor repairs.
- Painting and touch-ups to maintain a clean and professional appearance.
- Handling general building maintenance tasks, including plumbing, carpentry, and minor repairs.
- Keeping the facility clean, organized, and operating efficiently.
- Assisting with other building projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in building maintenance or a related field.
- Hands-on knowledge of light electrical, HVAC, and painting.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
