We’re seeking an inspiring Collision Center Manager to lead our Vero Beach team, overseeing operations in this state-of-the-art facility, managing a skilled team of technicians and estimators, and ensuring every vehicle is restored to perfection while exceeding customer expectations. What You’ll Bring :
- Proven Collision Center Management and Team Leadership skills to inspire and guide technicians and estimators in a high-volume environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to address customer needs and operational challenges
- Ability to analyze repair data and trends, driving continuous improvement and profitability in a busy, fast-paced setting
- Experience in the automotive or collision industry, with a passion for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction, ideally with knowledge of GM, Subaru, Mazda, Honda, and Acura certifications
