What are the responsibilities and job description for the Collision Center Parts Person position at Dyer Auto Group?
Dyer Collision is looking for a parts person to join our team. We are seeking a motivated individual who is ready to learn and grow in our parts department.
Responsibilities (included but not limited to)
- Review body shop estimates to be sure the parts that are ordered are correct and all pricing is in line with the estimate
- Provides high level of service to internal and external customers
- Pulls and fills orders from stock
- Notifies parts manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention
- Locates out-of-stock parts from outside sources
- Assists all customers in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional and efficient manner
- Follows up on back-ordered parts
- Other tasks as assigned
