We’re looking for a skilled Lead Collision Parts Specialist to manage and lead our parts department at our Fort Pierce collision center, overseeing ordering, inventory, and vendor relations while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all processes. This full-time, on-site role operates Monday through Friday and requires expertise in collision parts, proficiency with CCC One, and the ability to lead with precision. What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience in collision parts management, with a strong understanding of automotive repair processes
- Proficiency with CCC One and other parts management software to ensure accurate ordering and inventory tracking
- Leadership skills to oversee the parts department, mentor team members, and drive operational excellence
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage inventory, mirror match parts, and follow up on returns/credits
- Excellent communication skills for building vendor relationships and collaborating with the collision center team
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the parts department, overseeing ordering, inventory management, and mirror matching of parts to ensure accuracy
- Utilize CCC One to manage parts processes, ensuring all orders align with repair estimates and pricing standards
- Follow up on returned parts and damaged parts credits, maintaining financial accuracy and vendor accountability
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to secure timely delivery and quality parts for repairs
- Support the collision center team by providing high-level service, ensuring parts availability, and resolving issues promptly
