Guest Service Coordinator - Vacation Rental Manager
Founded in 2018, Dyer Management, LLC is a boutique brokerage and property management company headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee. Dyer specializes in long term and short term rental of single family and multifamily housing in the Greater Nashville and Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge markets.
Dyer is in search for someone to monitor and manage our Short Term Rental Platform. The Day to Day of a Guest Service Coordinator - Vacation Rental Manager?
- Overseeing cleaning team and third-party vendor relationships.
- Overseeing linen quality and processing at our warehouse.
- Managing inventory of operational supplies.
- Experience recruiting and onboarding new team members.
- Overseeing upkeep and maintenance for units.
- Guest communications and troubleshooting over the phone.
- Respond to guests’ emergencies and problems.
- Primary point of contact for property manager communications.
- Assisting with furnishing of new units.
- Various projects as assigned, including the expansion of other core business operations.
- Work with our call center to manage the 24/7 nature of the STR business
Who we are looking for?:
- 1 years of prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or co-hosting AirBnB, VRBO, Vacation listings (experience in hospitality or housekeeping is a plus, but is not required.
- Self-starter with ability to get things done by driving through the issues while producing results.
- Extreme attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate work order requests to 3rd party vendors and contractors.
- Empathetic leader- you understand people and you ensure that you frame your decision making based on how it would impact guests, team members, and your market.
- Adaptable and flexible mindset, after all, we are a startup so adapting to the needs of the business excites you!
- Ability and willingness to clean and lift or move up to 20lbs.
- Must have a reliable vehicle as the role requires driving between job sites daily.
