Dyer Nursing and Rehab is looking for high level activity talent to bring the daily living experience to new levels for our residents / patients. One of the most important parts of their day is interacting with others through daily happenings with staff and other residents. It is a time to visit with others and enjoy something different in their day. Our activities staff is the key to making all that possible.

The Activities Aide will :
- Facilitate ongoing program for group and individual activities based on the residents’ needs, interest, and abilities as identified in assessment / care plans
- Complete required record keeping upon resident admission, discharge, transfer; chart and document per facility policy
- Assist in creating the activity calendar
- Follow and maintain established policies and procedures
- Encourage participation in Resident Council, schedule monthly meetings
